Food Fair
It was the town’s Food Fair on Friday, which was held at the local high school’s football field. It basically consisted of various food and educational booths. I was blown away with the variety of Belizean foods available and was continually turning to my students and teacher mentor to tell me what each strange looking item was. My kids seemed to enjoy the fieldtrip, although it was HOT that day (especially when my students decided it would be fun to run part of the way there).
