Miss Sport
Another one of the school’s extracurricular activities held was a 'Miss Sport' competition. Five girls were selected from the upper division, each one representing their given house within the school. One of my student’s was thrilled to get the chance to compete. The girls took part in several events including: a short welcoming speech, demonstrating their favourite sport, showing off a talent, modeling, and answering a sport’s trivia question. Definitely not something that would likely take place at a school back home, but the students here were pretty pumped about it.
